<div><p>Duration: 12 Months ( possibility of extension)</p><br /> <p>Location: New York, NY</p><br /> <p>Pay Rate: $33.00/hr. on w2</p><br /> <h3>Qualifications</h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>2 years billing experience</li><br /> <li>Four-year degree (B.A., B.S.) in Business, Accounting, or Finance</li><br /> <li>Proficient in advanced Excel</li><br /> <li>Ability to communicate efficiently with different departments and clients</li><br /> <li>Problem solving skills, ability to dig into problems and drive resolutions</li><br /> <li>Detail oriented</li><br /> <li>Excellent research, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills</li><br /> <li>Strong organizational skills</li><br /> </ul><br /> <h3>Responsibilities</h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>This position will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, and invoicing of billing.</li><br /> <li>Assist Account Service and Sales Planners in meeting billing deadlines and resolving billing issues</li><br /> <li>Meet monthly close deadlines in reconciling and generating monthly billing as well as preparing files for transfer to SAP accounts receivable system for NBCU Digital Enterprises including Peacock, SyFy, USA, Bravo</li><br /> <li>Preparation of digital monthly invoices, including verifying Operative. One status reports reflecting the billable lines and amounts against dashboard and third party/primary data.</li><br /> <li>Perform pre-bill quality assurance several times a month and follow through to ensure accuracy of master data and billing</li><br /> <li>Process invoice adjustments (rebills) per client and internal requests</li><br /> <li>Work with clients on providing support requested for any digital invoice inquiries or discrepancies</li><br /> <li>Perform historical billing error root cause analysis for long-term process improvements</li><br /> <li>Assist Management in projects assigned</li><br /> <li>Assist Collections team in billing resolutions and research of accounts</li><br /> </ul></div><br /> #J-18808-Ljbffr
