Interior Designer

<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Support Project Managers and senior staff by leading the development of design layouts and frameworks across multiple projects</li><br /> <li>Provide mentorship and oversight to Intermediate and Junior Designers</li><br /> <li>Lead the development and refinement of drawings, renderings, and presentation materials</li><br /> <li>Coordinate directly with developers, architects, and clients</li><br /> <li>Guide the creation of space layouts that maximize functionality and comfort</li><br /> <li>Develop and present sophisticated design concepts, mood boards, and presentations</li><br /> <li>Direct the selection and specification of materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings</li><br /> <li>Confirm that all designs meet applicable codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards</li><br /> <li>Lead consultant coordination and guide construction administration efforts for interiors scope</li><br /> <li>Actively support the management of complex project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination efforts</li><br /> </ul><br /> <h3>Qualifications</h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field</li><br /> <li>Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an interior design firm</li><br /> <li>Strong understanding of design principles, aesthetics, and industry-relevant technical knowledge</li><br /> <li>Skilled in coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams across project phases</li><br /> <li>Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><br /> <li>Applies strong written and verbal communication skills</li><br /> <li>Open to engaging in firm-wide initiatives and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.</li><br /> </ul></div><br /> #J-18808-Ljbffr
