<p>Our client is a well recognized interior design firm that is actively growing its Commercial Interiors practice and seeking a Senior Designer to join the team.</p><p>This is an opportunity to work on a diverse mix of project types including private members clubs, hospitality-inspired amenity spaces, executive environments, and select workplace projects. The studio is expanding its commercial presence and looking for designers who can help shape the creative direction of the practice.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead projects through concept design, programming, space planning, and design development</li><li>Develop creative design solutions and compelling presentations for clients</li><li>Collaborate with project leadership and consultants throughout the design process</li><li>Participate in client meetings and presentations</li><li>Produce design documentation and coordinate design intent with technical teams</li><li>Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall creative culture of the studio</li><li>Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design standards</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>8+ years of commercial interiors experience</li><li>Strong background in workplace, hospitality, multifamily, amenity, club, or mixed-use interiors</li><li>Exceptional design sensibility with a portfolio demonstrating concept development and creative thinking</li><li>Strong space planning and design development experience</li><li>Comfortable presenting ideas to clients and internal stakeholders</li><li>Revit experience required, though this role is not production-focused</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a highly creative studio environment</li></ul><p>Additional Information</p><p>The firm's current commercial portfolio includes a confidential 100,000+ SF headquarters campus featuring executive suites, hospitality-driven amenity spaces, and a rooftop terrace. The design team is responsible for the amenity and executive environments while collaborating alongside a major global architecture and design firm on workplace components.</p><p>This role is focused on design leadership, visioning, and creative problem-solving. While projects are developed in Revit, dedicated technical teams support production and documentation efforts, allowing designers to remain focused on the design process.</p><ul><li>Compensation: Up to $150,000, commensurate with experience.</li></ul><br /> #J-18808-Ljbffr
