<span><strong>Revenue Cycle Analyst</strong></span><br /><br /> <p><span>We’re partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization to identify a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join its growing team. This is a newly created role designed to maximize patient revenue cycle performance, strengthening vendor accountability, and serving as the bridge between the organization's third-party billing partner, internal stakeholders, and a health system IT partner. </span></p><br /> <p><span>If you have a strong physician revenue cycle background, enjoy solving complex billing issues, and thrive on improving processes across clinical, operational, and technical teams, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact. </span></p><br /> <p><span><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></p><br /> <ul><br /> <li><span>Audit the performance of the third-party billing vendor, including claims processing, denial management, accounts receivable, and overall billing effectiveness.</span></li><br /> <li><span>Analyze denials, payments variances, and reimbursement issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.</span></li><br /> <li><span>Investigate unresolved claims and recommend workflow or system improvements to maximize revenue capture.</span></li><br /> <li><span>Serve as the primary liaison with the health systems IT team for revenue cycle-related system issues, work queues, integrations, and workflow testing.</span></li><br /> <li><span>Coordinate communication between billing vendors, IT, operations, and leadership to ensure timely issue resolution. </span></li><br /> <li><span>Review billing, denial, and accounts receivable performance metrics to identify trends, backlogs, and opportunities for improvement. </span></li><br /> <li><span>Develop reports and dashboards that measure revenue cycle performance and vendor effectiveness.</span></li><br /> <li><span>Manage support tickets, assist with system enhancements, and ensure workflow changes are properly tested before implementation.</span></li><br /> <li><span>Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency and optimize reimbursement. </span></li><br /> </ul><br /> <p><span><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></span></p><br /> <ul><br /> <li><span>Experience in physician billing and healthcare revenue cycle operations, including claims, denials, accounts receivable, and reimbursement.</span></li><br /> <li><span>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex revenue cycle issues and identify effective solutions.</span></li><br /> <li><span>Experience overseeing or partnering with third-party billing vendors.</span></li><br /> <li><span>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret billing and revenue cycle data.</span></li><br /> <li><span>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across operations, IT, vendors, and leadership. </span></li><br /> <li><span>Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving projects to completion. </span></li><br /> </ul><br /> <p><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p><br /> <ul><br /> <li><span><span>Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment.</span></span></li><br /> <li><span><span>Revenue cycle, coding, billing, credentialing, or related certifications. </span></span></li><br /> <li><span><span>Experience supporting Epic or other healthcare information systems, including integrations, workflow testing, or technical support.</span></span></li><br /> </ul><br /> <p><span><strong>Why This Role?</strong></span></p><br /> <ul><br /> <li><span>You’ll be a key player with the opportunity to solve complex challenges while driving process improvements that enhance revenue and operational efficiency. </span></li><br /> <li><span>Opportunity to build and shape a critical revenue cycle function.</span></li><br /> <li><span>High-impact role partnering with leadership, operations, IT, and external vendors to improve financial performance. </span></li><br /> <li><span>Collaborative, mission-focused environment with opportunities for professional growth. </span></li><br /> </ul><br /> <p><span>Ready to make a difference?
