<p><strong>Position:</strong> AIA Billing Specialist<br /><strong>Location:</strong> Worcester, MA (5 Days Onsite)<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> $100,000–$110,000 + Bonus<span></span></p><br /> <h3>Highlights of the AIA Billing Specialist Opportunity:</h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Join a stable, growing construction company with a strong backlog of projects</li><br /> <li>Opportunity to own the AIA billing process and partner directly with project managers and leadership</li><br /> <li>Looking for someone who loves Excel, embraces technology, and leverages AI to work smarter</li><br /> <li>Play a key role in improving billing processes and implementing best practices</li><br /> <li>Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and long-term career stability</li><br /> </ul><br /> <h3>The AIA Billing Specialist's Responsibilities:</h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Prepare, submit, and manage AIA billing applications, including G702/G703 forms</li><br /> <li>Track change orders, retainage, lien waivers, and project billing documentation</li><br /> <li>Partner closely with project managers to ensure accurate and timely billings</li><br /> <li>Develop and maintain Excel reports, billing schedules, reconciliations, and project trackers</li><br /> <li>Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and automate repetitive tasks</li><br /> <li>Assist with collections and resolve billing discrepancies as needed</li><br /> </ul><br /> <h3>Qualifications:</h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>5+ years of AIA billing experience required</li><br /> <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and reporting</li><br /> <li>Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar productivity platforms strongly preferred</li><br /> <li>Construction or project accounting experience required</li><br /> <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills</li><br /> </ul><br /> <br />#INJUL2026<br />#LI-MP1
