<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><br /> <p>Under general supervision, this position is responsible for producing and overseeing mid to large graphic design projects, using a variety of techniques and software, for both print and electronic communications (e.g., promotions, advertisements, and instructional materials) distributed through a variety of media outlets. This position develops, sketches, and/or prints creative advertisement ideas for a variety of mediums in design projects, ensuring that corporate client design requirements are fully met. This position will manage annual campaign creative collateral, with responsibility for visually relaying messaging in a manner that drives interest and elicits response. This position also participates in additional group functions including brainstorming and event marketing strategy.</p><br /> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Conceptualize ideas and execute designs; accurately and efficiently design advertisement products or services within specific deadlines</li><br /> <li>Research and share social media resources and information to facilitate the graphic design process within a team; stay abreast on technological advances within the field</li><br /> <li>Participate in the collection of customer needs for graphic design work and give suggestions to senior management on the implementation of strategic plans for graphic design</li><br /> <li>Interpret customers' design needs into feasible graphic design ideas and information; provide recommendations in the graphic design process</li><br /> <li>Develop and deliver graphic design work and visual materials utilizing specific graphic design, web development, and animation/sound processing tools</li><br /> <li>Manage the overall quality of artwork to ensure that advertisements and other media products are in line with organizational and state laws and policies</li><br /> <li>Provide support in advertisement promotional activities for the organization; coordinate with design team and facilitate the production of advertisements and other media display projects while ensuring a precise match to original requirements</li><br /> </ul><br /> <h3>Minimum Qualification</h3><br /> <p>Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field with at least 3 years of experience in graphic design and experience with Adobe Creative Suite &amp; or military equivalent.</p><br /> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Expertise in Creative Cloud, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign</li><br /> <li>Creative thinker</li><br /> <li>Strong attention to detail</li><br /> <li>Self‑starter; able to set priorities and work with minimal supervision</li><br /> <li>Excellent verbal communication skills</li><br /> <li>Ability to work individually or in a team environment</li><br /> <li>Ability to take direction and constructive criticism well</li><br /> <li>Knowledge of design tactics for mobile marketing, social media marketing and email marketing practices</li><br /> <li>Photography experience</li><br /> <li>Animation/Video GFX experience</li><br /> </ul><br /> <h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><br /> <p>Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
