We recognize that sounds like a ton of buzzwords for marketers, so what it really means is that we did over 50,000 surveys last month to find out what real humans think and feel about the world’s best brands and their competitors.</p><br /> <p>Are you Tracksuit’s new Sales Development Representative?</p><br /> <p>As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the forefront of building and executing a world‑class outbound sales engine. This role is crucial in driving revenue channels from crafting compelling messaging to setting impactful sales meetings. You’ll actively contribute to the sales pipeline, ensuring our outbound processes are not only effective but also scalable. This exciting role places you among the first few SDRs in our US office, playing a pivotal role in Tracksuit’s growth.</p><br /> <p>Tracksuit is a tool, but more than that, it’s a community for brand marketers and ambitious leaders of growth brands. The ideal candidate is excited about connecting with top brands and agencies to shape how modern consumer companies are built.</p><br /> <p>Our SDRs are key to an efficient sales team – you optimize where our Account Executives focus their attention. You will be supported by a high‑octane, friendly team and receive mentorship from top sales professionals.</p><br /> <h3>You will be responsible for:</h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Developing a best‑in‑class outbound sales engine to ensure outbound remains a major revenue channel for Tracksuit</li><br /> <li>Building and refining lead lists as required – using AI tools &amp; signals to identify when and how to reach out to ideal prospects</li><br /> <li>Designing sequences and messaging to engage prospects effectively – applying creative thinking and innovation to uncover new growth opportunities</li><br /> <li>Conducting scheduled outreach activities to prospects through emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.</li><br /> <li>Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progression</li><br /> <li>Generating regular reports and analysis to track performance, identify improvement areas and use data to spot market trends and competitive insights</li><br /> <li>Working closely with and reporting into our Growth Lead (US)</li><br /> </ul><br /> <h3>Key characteristics we’re looking for:</h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Proven experience in a sales development role – preferably in SaaS, MarTech, advertising or media sales</li><br /> <li>Collaboration and cross‑functional teamwork (Customer, Product, Research, Marketing &amp; Engineering)</li><br /> <li>Drive, engagement and excellent communication skills (written and oral)</li><br /> <li>Experience with sales tools to optimize outbound activities (experience with Clay or similar is a bonus)</li><br /> <li>Proven success in achieving targets</li><br /> <li>Thoughtful, kind and empathetic</li><br /> <li>Activity‑based mindset and goal‑oriented</li><br /> </ul><br /> <p>We’re one of Australasia’s fastest‑growing startups, at just over four years old, and we’re working with over 500 vibrant brands across the US, UK, AU &amp; NZ, including Spindrift, Dermalogica, MyFitnessPal, Athletic Brewing, CarGurus, Orangetheory Fitness, The RealReal and many more.</p><br /> <p>We’re a tight‑knit, supportive, and ambitious team, driven to empower companies to use brand to drive success.
