<br /> <div><br /> <p><strong>TITLE: COMPLIANCE &amp; CONTRACTS ANALYST</strong></p><br /> <p><strong>COMPENSATION: Up to $80,000 </strong></p><br /> <p><strong>LOCATION:</strong> South San Antonio, City Base Area<br /><strong><br />WHY WORK HERE</strong></p><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Direct, business-critical role influencing risk management, recurring revenue, and long-term development strategy</li><br /> <li>Reports directly to the CFO with meaningful input on compliance, contracts, and financial policies</li><br /> <li>High exposure and mentorship from executive leadership; compliance is central to organizational stability</li><br /> <li>Highly visible role supporting public initiatives and economic development efforts</li><br /> <li>Distinct combination of public sector and private development experience; ideal for a detail-driven compliance professional</li><br /> <li>Competitive 2:1 retirement contribution (up to 6% match)</li><br /> <li>90% employer-paid health and life insurance</li><br /> </ul><br /> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO AS THE CONTRACTS &amp; COMPLIANCE ANALYST</strong></h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Manage the compliance calendar and maintain documentation for leases, bonds, and contracts to reduce risk and support accurate revenue recognition</li><br /> <li>Analyze high-volume, complex legal and financial documents (leases, bond agreements, compliance-related contracts) to extract key terms, deadlines, and obligations</li><br /> <li>Partner with accounting, finance, and operations teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements</li><br /> <li>Oversee preparation and coordination of compliance reporting for city entities, board members, and bondholders</li><br /> <li>Align and reconcile lease and contract requirements with accounting records, monitoring key financial and operational triggers</li><br /> <li>Develop and compile reporting packages for executive leadership and external stakeholders (city officials, auditors, tenants, and bondholders)</li><br /> </ul><br /> <h3><strong>WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE</strong></h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li><strong>Financial Oversight</strong> – Consistent accuracy and timeliness in managing compliance requirements, contract terms, and reporting deadlines</li><br /> <li><strong>Risk Mitigation</strong> – Early identification and tracking of obligations to minimize legal and financial exposure</li><br /> <li><strong>Process Improvement</strong> – Establish and maintain effective compliance calendars, streamline reconciliation processes, and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to gather critical information</li><br /> </ul><br /> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></p><br /> <ul><br /> <li><span> </span>5+ years’ experience with Contracts Management, Compliance Coordination, or Paralegal Work in a Development, Municipal, Higher Education, State, or similar Government Contract related setting</li><br /> <li><span> </span>Advanced attention to detail, organization, and proven ability to work independently with highly repetitive, technical documentation</li><br /> <li><span> </span>Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional communications</li><br /> </ul><br /> <br />#LI-JM4 #GASB #ACFR #fundaccounting #grantsmanagement #grantanalyst #contractmanagement #bondcompliance #riskmitigation #nonprofit #forprofit #municipaljobs #federalgrants #stategrants #governmentcontracts #financialanalyst #finance</div><br /><br /><span>Click here to apply online</span>
