<p><strong>FP&amp;A Analyst<br /></strong><br />Location: Remote (Must reside in FL, GA, NC, or SC)<br />Salary: $80,000–$100,000 | Full-time</p><br /> <p><strong>Why This FP&amp;A Analyst Opportunity Stands Out:</strong></p><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Enjoy a fully remote role while contributing to a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare organization</li><br /> <li>Become part of a highly visible finance team within a private equity-backed company experiencing significant growth</li><br /> <li>Work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping strategic financial decisions</li><br /> <li>Gain hands-on experience with multi-entity healthcare operations, including forecasting and performance analytics</li><br /> <li>Thrive in a collaborative environment with strong leadership support and clear long-term growth opportunities</li><br /> <li>This position reports directly to the VP of Finance</li><br /> </ul><br /> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities of the FP&amp;A Analyst:</strong></p><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across multiple healthcare entities</li><br /> <li>Create monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards for leadership</li><br /> <li>Analyze financial and operational trends to identify potential risks and opportunities</li><br /> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations and accounting, to deliver accurate insights and reporting</li><br /> <li>Assist with reporting requirements for the board, lenders, and private equity stakeholders</li><br /> <li>Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and business decisions</li><br /> <li>Contribute to month-end close analysis and ensure the accuracy of financial data</li><br /> <li>Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and visibility</li><br /> <li>Provide ad hoc analysis and support on special projects as needed</li><br /> </ul><br /> <p><strong>Qualifications for the FP&amp;A Analyst:</strong></p><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required</li><br /> <li>2+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, financial analysis, or corporate finance, ideally within private equity-backed and/or healthcare organizations</li><br /> <li>Experience working with multi-entity organizations is strongly preferred</li><br /> <li>Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis</li><br /> <li>Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with ERP and financial reporting systems is preferred</li><br /> <li>Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities</li><br /> <li>Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li><br /> <li>Must be located in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina</li><br /> </ul><br /> <p>#FPandA #FPAAnalyst #FinancialAnalyst #HealthcareFinance</p><br /> <p>#INJUN2026 #LI-MB1 #LI-REMOTE</p>
