<br /> <div><br /> <div><br /> <h2><strong>Senior Financial Analyst </strong></h2><br /> <p><strong>Austin, TX (4 days in / 1 day remote)</strong><br /><strong>$110,000 – $115,000 + bonus + equity</strong></p><br /> <p>A growing, tech-driven business in Austin is looking to bring on a Senior Financial Analyst to support their strategy and commercial finance team.</p><br /> <p>This is a newly created role on the US side, working closely with both local leadership and an established FP&amp;A team overseas. The position is heavily focused on business partnering, revenue support, and improving how finance operates, not just reporting results.</p><br /> <p>They’ve been in the market for a few weeks and are having trouble finding the right mix of commercial mindset + FP&amp;A + process improvement, so there’s real urgency to get someone in who can make an impact.</p><br /> <h3><strong>What the role looks like</strong></h3><br /> <p>This is a true blend of FP&amp;A and commercial finance:</p><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Partner directly with the US revenue and sales teams on pricing, renewals, and deal support</li><br /> <li>Own revenue and gross profit forecasting, with a focus on understanding drivers (volume, pricing, costs)</li><br /> <li>Build models and run scenario analyses to support decision-making</li><br /> <li>Work through budgeting and ongoing performance tracking</li><br /> <li>Reconcile sales and financial data to improve accuracy and visibility</li><br /> <li>Identify manual processes and find ways to simplify or automate them</li><br /> <li>Get involved in broader strategy work and cross-functional projects</li><br /> </ul><br /> </div><br /> </div><br /> <br /> <div><br /> <div><br /> <h3><strong>What they’re looking for</strong></h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Around 3+ years in FP&amp;A or commercial finance</li><br /> <li>Experience supporting sales or revenue teams in some capacity</li><br /> <li>Background in SaaS, tech, or a similar business model is strongly preferred</li><br /> <li>Comfortable working with large datasets and building models in Excel or Google Sheets</li><br /> <li>Someone who naturally looks for ways to improve and automate things</li><br /> <li>Strong communicator who can work across teams and with leadership</li><br /> <li>Able to work fairly independently without a lot of hand-holding</li><br /> </ul><br /> </div><br /> </div><br /> <br /><br /><span>Click here to apply online</span>
