You’ll partner closely with revenue and sales leadership to drive better decision-making, improve profitability, and bring more structure and visibility to the business.</p><br /> <p>This position is ideal for someone who likes to take ownership, work independently, and build processes—not just maintain them.</p><br /> <h3><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h3><br /> <ul><br /> <li>Own revenue and gross profit forecasting, including volume, pricing, and cost assumptions</li><br /> <li>Support budgeting, planning, and ongoing performance tracking</li><br /> <li>Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to senior leadership</li><br /> <li>Reconcile financial and sales data to improve accuracy and transparency</li><br /> <li>Continuously refine reporting processes and improve data quality</li><br /> <li>Identify inefficiencies in current FP&amp;A processes and implement improvements</li><br /> <li>Build automated workflows to reduce manual work and increase speed</li><br /> <li>Leverage modern tools (Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools) to streamline analysis</li><br /> <li>Partner with Accounting and Finance Operations to support month-end close</li><br /> <li>Contribute to broader finance and business initiatives</li><br /> <li>Lead or support ad hoc projects with visibility across leadership</li><br /> </ul><br /> <strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong><br /><br /> <ul><br /> <li>6+ years of experience in FP&amp;A or commercial finance</li><br /> <li>Experience supporting revenue, sales, or go-to-market teams</li><br /> <li>Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel or Google Sheets)</li><br /> <li>Comfortable working with large datasets and turning data into insights</li><br /> </ul><br /> </div><br /><br /><span>Click here to apply online</span>
