This team operates with a high standard of accuracy and efficiency, leveraging UKG Pro to deliver reliable payroll operations at scale.</span></p><br /> <p><span><strong>What you’ll be doing as the Payroll Specialist:</strong></span></p><br /> <ul><br /> <li><span>Support North America employees, and third<span>‑</span>party administrators from hire through retirement</span></li><br /> <li><span>Perform payroll processing functions in UKG Pro using established procedures</span></li><br /> <li><span>Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are consistently met</span></li><br /> <li><span>Maintain payroll records in accordance with statutory and corporate governance standards</span></li><br /> <li><span>Audit payroll data and ensure accuracy and timely processing</span></li><br /> <li><span>Identify deficiencies and recommend improvements to payroll processes and documentation</span></li><br /> </ul><br /> <p><span> This Payroll Specialist role offers a blend of structure and operational impact. You’ll play a key role in ensuring payroll is processed with speed, precision, and compliance while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.</span></p><br /> <p><span><strong>What they’re looking for in a Payroll Specialist:</strong></span></p><br /> <ul><br /> <li><span>Degree in an accounting<span>‑</span>related field or a combination of accounting/HR education and relevant experience</span></li><br /> <li><span>3-4 years of payroll experience, ideally supporting multi<span>‑</span>state and/or union environments within North America</span></li><br /> <li><span>Experience with computerized payroll systems (UKG Pro strongly preferred)</span></li><br /> <li><span>High proficiency in Excel and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office</span></li><br /> <li><span>Strong organizational, time<span>‑</span>management, and prioritization skills</span></li><br /> </ul><br /> <p><span>This Payroll Specialist opportunity offers the chance to be part of a collaborative payroll team that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
