This role focuses heavily on AP processing, vendor management, and accurate financial and inventory-related data entry in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. </span></p><br /> <p><strong><span>Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:</span></strong></p><br /> <ul><br /> <li><span>Process full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing (ACH, checks, wires)</span></li><br /> <li><span>Maintain vendor accounts and ensure timely, accurate payments</span></li><br /> <li><span>Reconcile AP aging, bank, and credit card transactions</span></li><br /> <li><span>Assist with month-end close and general ledger support</span></li><br /> <li><span>Enter and maintain inventory data and assist with Accounts Receivable-related data entry</span></li><br /> <li><span>Support inventory tracking and reconciliation in QuickBooks Enterprise</span></li><br /> </ul><br /> <p><strong><span>Qualifications:</span></strong></p><br /> <ul><br /> <li><span>1–2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience preferred</span></li><br /> <li><span>Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills required</span></li><br /> <li><span>Experience in inventory-based environments a plus</span></li><br /> <li><strong><span>Bilingual Spanish/English required</span></strong><strong><span></span></strong></li><br /> </ul><br /> <br /><br /><br /><span><strong>#INAPR2026</strong> <strong><br />#ZRCFS</strong></span>
