We're seeking a skilled professional who utilizes evidence-based practices and compassionate care to support students in our district.</span><span> </span></p><p><span>Schedule: 40 hours per week, on site at the school during school day, some remote</span></p><p><span>Pay: $75-$90/hr or $85-$95k/yr </span></p><p><span><strong>Qualifications</strong> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA therapy, preferably in an educational setting.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Provide direct ABA therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent implementation of BIPs. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Train school staff on ABA principles and strategies. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p> </p><p><span><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong> </span></p><p><span>Applied ABC is committed to diversity and inclusion.
