<p><strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>New Patterns ABA VA is seeking a talented and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Henrico, VA. As a BCBA with New Patterns ABA VA, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with other qualifying diagnoses, providing in-home and community-based ABA therapy. We offer a flexible and autonomous work environment, competitive pay, and a range of benefits.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Serving clients in their homes, schools, or community settings as needed</p></li><li><p>Conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans</p></li><li><p>Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as necessary</p></li><li><p>Providing training and support to staff and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies</p></li><li><p>Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and make data-driven decisions</p></li><li><p>Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care</p></li><li><p>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records using Central Reach</p></li><li><p>Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</p></li><li><p>Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p></li></ul><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>As a BCBA with New Patterns ABA VA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
