Board Certified Behavior Analyst Clinic Director

<p><strong>BCBA Clinic Director</strong><br />Golden Care Therapy NJ · Hamilton Township, NJ (Quakerbridge Rd) · On-site, full-time<br /><strong>$90,000–$100,000 per year + $2,500 sign-on bonus</strong></p><p><strong>Build a clinic from the ground up.</strong> Golden Care Therapy is opening a new ABA clinic in Hamilton Township, and we're looking for a BCBA to lead it from day one. You'll help hire the team, set the clinical standards, and shape the culture of a site that's yours to build.</p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead and supervise the clinic's clinical team of BCBAs and RBTs</p></li><li><p>Oversee treatment plan quality, assessments, and reassessments across the clinic.</p></li><li><p>Run parent and caregiver training, and work with families and other providers on coordinated care.</p></li><li><p>Partner with operations on RBT hiring, scheduling, and authorizations.</p></li><li><p>Mentor BCBAs and RBTs, and build a culture of supervision and ongoing learning.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p><ul><li><p>Active BCBA certification in good standing.</p></li><li><p>3+ years of post-certification experience.</p></li><li><p>Experience supervising BCBAs or RBTs.
