We are committed to supporting both our clients and our team by creating a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where employees can build meaningful careers and deliver high-quality care. </span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>Compensation and Role Details </strong></span></p><p><span>● <strong>Pay: </strong>$85,000 - $98,000/ year, based on education and experience </span></p><p><span>● <strong>Position type: </strong>Full time preferred, some part time options available</span></p><p><span>● <strong>Location: </strong>Hybrid (in person) / Remote </span></p><p><span>● <strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday-Friday, with some weekend availability in PST hours</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>What You'll Do </strong></span></p><p><span>● Develop, oversee, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans and clinical goals</span></p><p><span>● Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports</span></p><p><span>● Analyze client data, interpret trends, and create graphs for visual review</span></p><p><span>● Monitor treatment effectiveness and make program changes as needed</span></p><p><span>● Develop behavior intervention plans and support their implementation</span></p><p><span>● Train, supervise, and provide feedback to interventionists and clinical staff</span></p><p><span>● Provide parent and caregiver training based on individualized treatment plans</span></p><p><span>● Deliver consultation and support around ABA principles, intervention strategies, crisis management, and behavior support </span></p><p><span>● Ensure treatment approaches are evidence-based and aligned with current research</span></p><p><span>● Write quarterly progress reports and maintain strong clinical documentation </span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>What We Offer </strong></span></p><p><span>● Competitive hourly pay based on education and experience </span></p><p><span>● Unlimited monthly bonus structure in addition to base pay </span></p><p><span>● Company laptop </span></p><p><span>● Cell phone and technology stipend </span></p><p><span>● Continuing education workshops and CEU stipends </span></p><p><span>● University partnerships and tuition reduction opportunities </span></p><p><span>● Paid time off accrual</span></p><p><span>● Access to comprehensive curriculum and leading clinical technology</span></p><p><span>● Healthcare benefits </span></p><p><span>● Positive, team-oriented culture with supportive leadership </span></p><p><span>● Career advancement opportunities </span></p><p><span>● Enrollment in Working Advantage employee discount program </span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>Qualifications </strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Required </strong></span></p><p><span>● Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field </span></p><p><span>● Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB </span></p><p><span>● Ability to directly supervise and mentor staff </span></p><p><span>● At least 3 years of experience providing direct services to clients with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or severe behavior challenges</span></p><p><span>● Experience working across home-based, center-based, educational, or social services settings preferred </span></p><p><span>● Experience conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior plans, and using emergency behavioral interventions </span></p><p><span>● Experience supporting and training parents, staff, and other stakeholders</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></span></p><p><span>● Designing and developing individualized programs for children with autism and related disorders </span></p><p><span>● Training in a range of intervention methods, including DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, communication training, parent training, social skills training, positive behavior supports, and related ABA strategies </span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>Why BrightView </strong></span></p><p><span>BrightView believes that great clinical care starts with a supported and empowered team.
