Join Strides ABA and thrive as a BCBA!</span></p><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.</p></li><li><p>Oversee and implement evidence-based ABA interventions.</p></li><li><p>Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members.</p></li><li><p>Supervise RBTs weekly, providing training and guidance on ABA goal implementation.</p></li><li><p>Provide training and support to families and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards.</p></li><li><p>Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p></li><li><p>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.</p></li><li><p>NY Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.</p></li><li><p>Medicaid credentialing in New York preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with children in ABA, clinical, or in-home settings.</p></li><li><p>Strong assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of special education requirements and behavioral health practices.</p></li><li><p>Ability to maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping children achieve meaningful outcomes.</p><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Flexible schedule</p></li><li><p>Professional development assistance.</p></li><li><p>Part-time and full-time opportunity available.</p></li><li><p></p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong></p></li><li><p>Hourly rate $85-$100 (based on experience)</p></li><li><p>After full time employment of 25 hours a week for 4 months, may consider salary</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>If you meet the qualifications above and are passionate about helping children thrive, we'd love to hear from you.</strong></p>
