Behavior Technician BT or Registered Behavior Technician RBT Lowell MA

<p>Responsibilities:<br />- Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)<br />- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior<br />- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans<br />- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques<br />- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills<br />- Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed<br />- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families</p><p>Skills:<br />- Strong interpersonal and communication skills<br />- Ability to work effectively as part of a team<br />- Patience and compassion when working with individuals with behavioral challenges<br />- Attention to detail in data collection and documentation<br />- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention strategies accurately<br />- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment</p><p>Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
