<p><strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid</strong></p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year</p><p><strong>Job Types:</strong> Full-time, Part-time</p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong> Hybrid</p><p></p><p><strong>Job description:</strong></p><p>Overview<br />We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, the (BCBA) will be responsible for assessing and developing behavior intervention plans for individuals, particularly children, with developmental disabilities. You, the (BCBA) will work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to implement effective strategies that promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for those you serve.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges and needs.</p></li><li><p>Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.</p></li><li><p>Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress regularly.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with families, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</p></li><li><p>Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.</p></li><li><p>Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.</p></li><li><p>Advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their needs are met within educational and community settings.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.</p></li><li><p><strong>Virginia LBA required</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or special education needs.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and HIPAA compliance.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in data collection methods and analysis related to behavioral interventions.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</p></li><li><p>A compassionate approach towards individuals with disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding in all interactions.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in diagnostic evaluation is preferred but not mandatory.</p><p></p></li></ul><p>Join us as a (BCBA) in making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through effective behavior analysis!</p>
