<p><strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</strong></p><p><br />FullShift Staffing is seeking a <strong>BCBA for a direct hire placement with our client in Colorado Springs, CO.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong><br />The BCBA will provide individualized, evidence-based care using a trauma-informed approach. Therapy is conducted in-center, in-home, and within the community, Monday–Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, allowing evenings and weekends free. The program takes a whole-person approach, incorporating wellness, mindfulness, self-care, and cognitive/language development alongside ABA therapy.</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Active BCBA certification</p></li><li><p>Meets BACB supervision standards</p></li><li><p>Must be <strong>at least 21 years of age</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Compassionate, with a passion for helping those vulnerable to life’s challenges</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience with children/young adults (ages 2–20) with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders</p></li><li><p>Skilled in assessments, treatment planning, and report writing (Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS preferred)</p></li><li><p>Excellent <strong>verbal, written, and interpersonal skills</strong> to support teamwork, family engagement, and quality care</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates leadership, integrity, and clinical skills consistent with trauma-informed practices</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work closely with the clinical team and clients to develop and implement individualized skills</p></li><li><p>Engage families with compassion, build rapport, and provide parent training for use in daily routines</p></li><li><p>Promote autonomy, safety, and family involvement while maintaining a supportive environment</p></li><li><p>Implement all <strong>Safety-Care physical management procedures</strong> safely when needed</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Able to stand, kneel, squat, walk, run, jump, and actively engage with students for extended periods</p></li><li><p>Able to lift/support up to 75 lbs</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Must pass national and local background checks</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license</p></li><li><p>Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance</p></li><li><p>401k with company match</p></li><li><p>120 hours PTO + 7 paid holidays</p></li><li><p>Paid day off as frequently as weekly</p></li><li><p>Monthly bonus opportunities</p></li><li><p>Professional growth and advancement potential</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time, Direct Hire</p>
