We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist our motorists in understanding their emission testing results.<br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Explain emissions testing results to motorists and help customers understand what to do when their vehicle fails its emission test.<br />Guide motorists through waiver process and extension requests.<br />Review motorists' waiver and extension forms to ensure they meet MVA standards, then granting or denying each according to state regulations.<br />Perform emission tests when needed.<br />Creating a clean and professional environment to keep our station clean and welcoming.<br />Other duties as assigned.<br />Minimum Qualifications<br /><br />High school diploma or equivalent<br />Completion of certification training program for customer service/emissions testing<br />Friendly, professional communication skills<br />Strong organizational skills and attention to detail<br />Comfortable standing for long periods (up to 90% of the shift)<br />Automotive knowledge and/or customer service experience is a plus<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
