This is a unique opportunity to join a company where you’ll have visibility, impact, and the ability to drive meaningful improvements across Finance and Technology.<br />What makes this opportunity stand out?<br /><br />Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)<br />Highly visible role partnering with Accounting, Finance, and IT leadership<br />Opportunity to lead process improvements and automation initiatives<br />Stable, growing organization with a strong global presence<br />Collaborative culture that values employee input and innovation<br />Exposure to ERP enhancements, business intelligence tools, and digital transformation projects<br />Fast-moving interview process<br />We’re looking for an Accounting IT professional — not a traditional accountant.<br />The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation but has evolved into supporting financial systems, ERP platforms, reporting tools, business analysis, or technology‑driven process improvements.<br />In this role, you’ll:<br /><br />Serve as the bridge between Accounting, Finance, and IT<br />Support and enhance ERP and financial systems<br />Analyze accounting workflows and identify automation opportunities<br />Troubleshoot reporting, system, and data integrity issues<br />Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on system improvements<br />Develop reports, dashboards, and financial analytics tools<br />Support month‑end close processes from a systems perspective<br />Assist with ERP upgrades, implementations, testing, and training<br />We’re looking for candidates with:<br /><br />Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field<br />5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Systems, ERP Support, or Accounting Technology<br />Strong knowledge of General Ledger, AP, AR, Inventory, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting<br />ERP experience (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)<br />Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar reporting platforms<br />Strong communication skills with both business users and technical teams<br />SQL and database experience<br />ERP implementations, integrations, or upgrades<br />Process automation and digital transformation experience<br />This is an excellent opportunity for a former Accountant, Senior Accountant, Financial Analyst, or ERP/Finance Systems professional who enjoys improving processes, leveraging technology, and helping organizations work smarter.<br />Interested?
