Providing quality service from a remote location, the full-time Customer Service Representative will respond to a high volume of telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims while accurately documenting all interactions using various software applications.<br />Key responsibilities<br /><br />Respond to inquiries from employees, providers, and clients in a high-volume call center environment<br />Navigate multiple system applications to provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently<br />Document all inquiries and actions taken in accordance with company guidelines<br />Required qualifications<br /><br />High School diploma or GED equivalent<br />Minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience<br />Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured service-oriented environment<br />Experience with MS Excel and Word, and ability to learn new systems<br />Access to a private workspace with reliable high-speed internet<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
