Description<br />Client is seeking self‑motivated Project Analysts with experience in project coordination on medium to large system projects. Responsible for supporting multiple simultaneous complex projects and collaborating with project managers and cross‑functional team members across the organization to ensure documentation deliverables meet project timelines.<br /><br />Title<br />Project Analyst<br /><br />Location<br />San Diego, CA<br /><br />Contract Term<br />12+ Months<br /><br />Schedule<br />Weekly 40 hours, 1st Shift<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Track all documentation deliverables for various programs as assigned. Ensure product development design history files are inclusive of all required documents and track owners and completion status until complete.<br /><br />Review documents, as required, from an administrative perspective prior to routing through SAP.<br /><br />Work with Document Controls to get documents routed through SAP or other industry control systems, make administrative changes as required.<br /><br />Manage Design History File including document reviews, audits, routing for approval, resolution of questions.<br /><br />Support key product development documentation including Master Validation Plan and FMEAs.<br /><br />Communicate with teams on upcoming documentation deliverable deadlines and maintain project plans and timelines when necessary.<br /><br />Prepare for phase reviews, core team and sub‑team meetings, publish minutes & follow up on action items.<br /><br />Support project managers on the creation/updating/maintaining project deliverables based on project type (New Dev/Sustaining/Bug Fix, Tools):<br /><br />Design and Develop Planning (DDP/Change Assessment).<br /><br />Design Input/Output Deliverables.<br /><br />Design Reviews.<br /><br />Design Verification.<br /><br />Design Validation.<br /><br />Issues tracking Matrix.<br /><br />Design Transfer.<br /><br />Risk Management.<br /><br />Participate and provide support in project meetings, tasks, communication and milestone events as required by project manager or senior team members.<br /><br />Actively participate in cross‑functional and interdepartmental project teams and work‑groups, providing support to team members.<br /><br />Contribute to the continuous performance and quality improvement effort through a supportive monitoring and release management process for all projects.<br /><br />Understand manufacturing process and needs.<br /><br />Material Master Creation, Where‑Used, Sales Plants, Material Extension.<br /><br />Configuration Management.<br /><br />BOMs.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Problem‑solving skills relative to both technical and human/interpersonal issues.<br /><br />Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.<br /><br />Excellent time management skills, organizational skills and detail orientation.<br /><br />Ability to multi‑task and properly prioritize initiatives.<br /><br />Must maintain a positive, enthusiastic, self‑starter attitude with an innate desire to meet and exceed expectations.<br /><br />Advanced, high level proficiency of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project), product requirements tracking tools like TFS and DOORS and centralized enterprise management system like SAP.<br /><br />Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Sciences is preferred.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
