Our mission is to help organizations operate securely, efficiently, and confidently in an increasingly complex technology landscape.<br /><br />POSITION SUMMARY<br />Logivision Technologies is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to help build and lead our growing security practice. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated IT and security professional who wants more than a traditional security analyst role.<br /><br />This is a blended Cybersecurity Analyst and IT Support Specialist position that combines three key functions:<br /><br />Internal Cybersecurity Management — protecting and improving LVT's own security posture.<br /><br />Client-Facing Cybersecurity Services — assessing risk, responding to security incidents, and advising clients on security best practices.<br /><br />Technical Support & IT Consulting — providing advanced technical support while developing a deep understanding of each client's environment and business operations.<br /><br />Rather than working exclusively behind security tools, this role spends time directly with users, business owners, and client environments. By supporting clients day-to-day, you'll gain firsthand knowledge of their networks, systems, workflows, and operational challenges — allowing you to identify vulnerabilities, security gaps, and technology risks that automated tools alone may miss.<br /><br />The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting technology issues, strengthening security controls, educating end users, investigating threats, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role plays a critical part in both protecting LVT internally and helping our clients improve their cybersecurity maturity.<br /><br />CORE RESPONSIBILITIES<br />Internal Cybersecurity Management<br /><br />Monitor and improve LVT's internal security posture across Microsoft 365, endpoints, administrative accounts, and infrastructure.<br /><br />Manage vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, and security improvement initiatives.<br /><br />Administer MFA, Conditional Access, identity security, and privileged access controls.<br /><br />Review firewall configurations, network segmentation, and security policies.<br /><br />Lead internal incident response investigations and document lessons learned.<br /><br />Develop security procedures, playbooks, policies, and staff awareness training programs.<br /><br />Client Cybersecurity Services<br /><br />Perform security assessments and risk reviews for managed clients.<br /><br />Identify security vulnerabilities and provide prioritized remediation recommendations.<br /><br />Assist clients with Microsoft 365 security hardening, endpoint security, and cybersecurity best practices.<br /><br />Respond to phishing incidents, compromised accounts, malware infections, and other security events.<br /><br />Support compliance initiatives, cyber insurance requirements, and security program development.<br /><br />IT Support<br /><br />Provide technical support for managed clients.<br /><br />Work directly with end users and business owners to understand their technology environment and business needs.<br /><br />Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, workstations, networking, hardware, cloud services, and infrastructure-related issues.<br /><br />Conduct onsite visits to learn client workflows, network layouts, and operational processes.<br /><br />Identify technology risks, inefficiencies, and security concerns during support interactions.<br /><br />Recommend solutions that improve security, reliability, productivity, and business continuity.<br /><br />Collaborate with service, project, and account management teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.<br /><br />REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<br /><br />1–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT security, or a related role.<br /><br />Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 security technologies, including Defender, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Secure Score.<br /><br />Experience with endpoint security tools, malware investigation, and security alert triage.<br /><br />Understanding of network security concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.<br /><br />Experience investigating phishing attacks and email security threats.<br /><br />Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br /><br />Ability to explain technical risks and recommendations to non-technical audiences.<br /><br />Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.<br /><br />PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<br /><br />Experience in an MSP or multi-client support environment.<br /><br />Vulnerability management experience using Nessus, Qualys, or similar platforms.<br /><br />Knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, HIPAA, CMMC, or cybersecurity compliance frameworks.<br /><br />Security awareness training and phishing simulation experience.<br /><br />SIEM, log analysis, or security monitoring experience.<br /><br />PowerShell scripting or security automation experience.<br /><br />Familiarity with Fortinet and Sophos security platforms.<br /><br />CERTIFICATIONS<br />Junior-Level Candidates (1–3 Years)<br /><br />CompTIA Security+ (required or actively pursuing)<br /><br />Microsoft SC-900 or AZ-900<br /><br />Defender, Fortinet, Sophos, or similar platform certifications are a plus<br /><br />Mid-Level Candidates (3–5 Years)<br /><br />CompTIA Security+ or CySA+<br /><br />Microsoft SC-200 strongly preferred<br /><br />PenTest+, GIAC GSEC, or equivalent certifications are a plus<br /><br />SCHEDULE & TRAVEL<br /><br />Monday–Friday during normal business hours<br /><br />Occasional flexibility required for incident response activities<br /><br />Primarily office and remote work with occasional client site visits for assessments and onboarding meetings<br /><br />TOOLS & TECHNOLOGIES<br /><br />Microsoft Defender<br /><br />Microsoft 365 Security Center<br /><br />Microsoft Entra ID<br /><br />Datto RMM<br /><br />Fortinet & Sophos Platforms<br /><br />Autotask<br /><br />COMPENSATION & BENEFITS<br /><br />Competitive base salary<br /><br />Performance-based incentive plan<br /><br />Health insurance<br /><br />Vision insurance<br /><br />Dental insurance<br /><br />Paid time off<br /><br />Professional development assistance<br /><br />WHY JOIN LOGIVISION TECHNOLOGIES?<br />We're not just another IT shop.
