As a Level 1 Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include assisting clients through Live Chat, Support Tickets, and Sales Phone Calls.<br /><br />Shift Hours:<br /><br />Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST<br /><br />Vivint Host is a small but rapidly growing web hosting company. Despite our small team, our customers truly appreciate our services.<br /><br />We grow every day, and this is why we're hiring new people every few months, to make sure our clients are happy and our team is not overwhelmed.<br /><br />Qualifications and Skills:<br /><br />Must have experience working in the web hosting industry (1+ years)<br /><br />Intimate knowledge of cPanel<br /><br />Excellent verbal and written English & Spanish communication skills<br /><br />Strong desire to grow technical skills<br /><br />Experience troubleshooting Linux servers and applications (AlmaLinux, CloudLinux)<br /><br />Experience with WordPress and other open-source CMS's is preferred<br /><br />Familiarity with standard web hosting services (PHP, MySQL, FTP, DNS, sFTP, SSH, mod_sec)<br /><br />Patience and perseverance to provide exceptional technical support to non-technical users via Live Chat, Support Tickets, and Sales Phone Calls.<br /><br />We offer 15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year and standard holidays. The average salary for this role is $18 per hour, though it may vary based on your current skills.
