The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, support lead generation campaigns, and build relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, coordinating with internal technical and consulting teams to propose tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, participating in networking events or industry forums, and collaborating with marketing to align outreach activities with business goals. The specialist will be expected to meet defined performance targets while contributing to long-term account growth and customer satisfaction.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and sales data to inform business decisions.<br /><br />Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation abilities for client and internal interactions.<br /><br />Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with experience in prospecting, pipeline building, and qualifying opportunities.<br /><br />Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including competitive analysis and understanding of industry trends.<br /><br />Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship management, and issue resolution.<br /><br />Experience in IT services, solutions sales, or technology consulting is highly beneficial.<br /><br />Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and basic sales reporting is preferred.<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.<br /><br />Ability to work on-site in Delhi, OH, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
