To Apply for this Job Click Here<br />Job Description<br />Job:<br /><br />Sr. Analyst – PMO<br />Location:<br /><br />Miami, FL<br />Job Type:<br /><br />Contract<br />Referral Bonus: +/-$2000<br />No 3rd Parties<br /><br />Role<br />The Senior Analyst – PMO plays a critical role within the Product Development PMO, supporting strategic shipboard and land-based development initiatives. This position partners closely with Project Managers and Program Managers to drive execution across high-priority, high-visibility, and multi-departmental projects.<br /><br />The Sr. Analyst supports large-scale programs while independently managing small to mid-sized initiatives. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional communication, operational awareness, financial tracking capability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Adhere to established project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).<br /><br />Support Project and Program Managers in executing project priorities and key decisions.<br /><br />Lead small to mid-sized projects, including resource planning and financial forecasting.<br /><br />Assist with development and maintenance of detailed project schedules and documentation.<br /><br />Partner with stakeholders and Product Owners to understand product impact and organizational dependencies.<br /><br />Identify operational changes required to meet project deliverables.<br /><br />Support development and tracking of Change Requests impacting scope, schedule, and budget.<br /><br />Coordinate with vendors to support project execution and daily implementation activities.<br /><br />Prepare project status reports including schedule, budget, forecast, and risk updates.<br /><br />Coordinate meetings, communication plans, and maintain detailed documentation including meeting minutes.<br /><br />Manage vendor quotations, change directives, and change notices.<br /><br />Enter and maintain project data in PM tools (status updates, forecasts, schedules, financial tracking).<br /><br />Act as point of contact for escalated project matters.<br /><br />Support project close-out activities and administrative deliverables (budget reconciliation, documentation finalization, transition support).<br /><br />Maintain flexibility and responsiveness to shifting priorities and project changes.<br /><br />Required Qualifications<br /><br />Bachelor’s Degree required.<br /><br />2-3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or similar role.<br /><br />Strong leadership and organizational skills.<br /><br />Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present clearly at all organizational levels.<br /><br />Proven ability to manage stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional partners.<br /><br />Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret technical and financial data.<br /><br />Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.<br /><br />Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project.<br /><br />Strong financial acumen and spreadsheet modeling skills.<br /><br />Experience working in collaborative, multicultural environments.<br /><br />Preferred Qualifications<br /><br />Degree in Engineering, Product Development, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.<br /><br />PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or ScrumMaster certification.<br /><br />Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM platforms.<br /><br />BI Analytics and Data Visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI).<br /><br />Experience applying formal project management methodologies.<br /><br />To Apply for this Job Click Here<br />Equal Employment Opportunity Statement<br />Gravity IT Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
