Quality Specialist

The Quality &amp; Compliance Specialist will oversee product quality, supplier performance, and regulatory compliance across a diverse product portfolio. This role partners with sourcing, operations, sales, customer service, and suppliers to ensure products consistently meet quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)<br /><br />Monitor supplier performance through audits, scorecards, and corrective actions<br /><br />Investigate customer quality issues and drive root cause resolution<br /><br />Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements<br /><br />Maintain supplier qualifications, certifications, and compliance documentation<br /><br />Support customer requests for testing reports, certifications, and compliance records<br /><br />Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools<br /><br />Lead continuous improvement and CAPA initiatives to enhance product quality and supplier performance<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Supplier Quality, or Regulatory Affairs<br /><br />Experience in manufacturing, packaging, industrial products, plastics, or distribution environments preferred<br /><br />Knowledge of ISO 9001, supplier audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality systems<br /><br />Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills<br /><br />Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and quality management software<br /><br />ASQ, Lean Six Sigma, or ISO Auditor certifications are a plus<br /><br />Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000<br /><br />Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance<br /><br />401(k) offering<br /><br />Paid time off and holidays (80 hours PTO)<br /><br />Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.<br /><br />Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled<br /><br />To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please visit https://www.lhh.com/candidate-privacy<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
