Aleading designer and manufacturer of low voltage electronics and power supplies.<br /><br />Job Description<br /><br />Accurately enter and process purchase orders in a timely manner<br /><br />Correspond with customers and internal and external company representatives on all matters related to the order<br /><br />Diligently follow purchase orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that may delay timely processing<br /><br />Perform general office and clerical tasks<br /><br />Other related Customer Service/ Order Entry office duties as deemed necessary<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Prior experience entering purchase orders within a manufacturing setting/sales office environment<br /><br />Ability to prioritize and multi-task<br /><br />Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br /><br />Professional and pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls<br /><br />Proficiency in use of computers and related software<br /><br />Excellent organizational and time management skills<br /><br />Detail-oriented work ethic<br /><br />Knowledge of SAGE100 preferred but not required.<br /><br />Additional Information<br />Schedule: Full-time (9am-5pm), Monday-Friday<br /><br />Rate of pay: In compliance with the New York City salary transparency requirements, the hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour; which may be increased upon successful completion of the 90th day introductory period.<br /><br />We offer an excellent working environment, great benefits and on-site parking.<br /><br />We are an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
