Associate Data Analyst

Gradient Systematics is seeking an Associate Data Analyst for its offices in Dallas, TX.<br /><br />Job Description<br /><br />Collect and analyze data related to transportation systems, including traffic flow, vehicle counts, and road infrastructure.<br /><br />Create visualizations and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.<br /><br />Develop and maintain databases and data management systems to ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis.<br /><br />Conduct research on transportation trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform decision‑making and project design.<br /><br />Support the development of transportation planning and engineering projects by providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.<br /><br />Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineers, planners, and project managers, to ensure that data‑driven approaches are integrated into project design and implementation.<br /><br />Perform data quality assurance and data validation activities to ensure that data used in analysis is accurate and reliable.<br /><br />Job Requirements<br />Master's degree or foreign equivalent* in Business Analytics or a closely related field and demonstrated knowledge** of: data science and data engineering, data visualization (Tableau), AI, and Azure.<br /><br />*Will accept educational equivalency evaluation prepared by a qualified evaluation service.<br /><br />**Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training, and/or hands‑on experience.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
