Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator you will coordinate all project-related operations to ensure project completion in accordance with customer and industry specifications.<br />Benefits<br /><br />Weekly Paychecks<br />Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays<br />401(k) w/ Company Match<br />Stock Purchase Plan<br />Education Reimbursement<br />Legal Insurance<br />Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more<br />What You’ll Do<br /><br />You will work directly for the Project Manager.<br />You will coordinate CATV projects to ensure that all operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications.<br />You will schedule a walkout with property owners to evaluate job specifications.<br />You will coordinate construction efforts with the Construction Supervisor for project completion by predetermined deadlines, including site access.<br />You will prepare a statement of work.<br />You will prepare a line item cost estimate.<br />You will complete and maintain accurate "As-Built Maps" for areas built to submit to the supervisor.<br />Other duties as assigned<br />Qualifications<br /><br />Experience reading construction drawings and prints, and verifying production<br />Must be reliable and able to work independently<br />A valid, unrestricted driver’s license (Commercial driver’s license preferred but not required)<br />Successful completion of pre-employment background check, motor vehicle check, drug test, and DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card<br />High School Diploma or GED<br />1-3 years of telecommunications/utilities construction experience<br />Proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Applications<br />Must have good communication skills (both written and verbal)<br />Why grow your career with us<br /><br />Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
