As a Bilingual Sales Business Development Representative (BDR), you will serve as a trusted first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customer base — connecting them with financing solutions and showroom appointments in their preferred language. This is a high-energy, phone-forward role that makes a real difference in the community, with strong earning potential.<br /><br />Position Details<br /><br />Department: Credit Express – Business Development Center (BDC)<br /><br />Reports To: BDC Manager<br /><br />Schedule: Full-time | Rotating schedule including some weekends<br /><br />Compensation: Hourly base + performance-based incentives<br /><br />Location: Worcester, MA<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails for Credit Express leads — in both English and Spanish — in a timely and professional manner<br /><br />Serve as the primary BDC point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers throughout the Worcester region<br /><br />Qualify customers by understanding their credit situation, vehicle needs, and timeline<br /><br />Set and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team<br /><br />Follow up with unsold or uncontacted leads according to BDC processes and cadences<br /><br />Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM (DriveCentric) in English<br /><br />Assist teammates with Spanish-language customer communications as needed<br /><br />Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment and show rate targets<br /><br />Collaborate with Credit Express sales staff to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless customer experience<br /><br />Maintain professionalism and empathy when working with customers in challenging financial situations<br /><br />Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching<br /><br />What We’re Looking For<br /><br />Fluent in both Spanish and English — written and verbal —<br /><br />Strong verbal communication skills; confident and comfortable on the phone in both languages<br /><br />Positive, resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections gracefully<br /><br />High level of empathy and professionalism when working with customers who may have credit challenges<br /><br />Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads in a fast-paced environment<br /><br />Prior BDC, call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred<br /><br />Automotive industry experience a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate<br /><br />Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus (DriveCentric experience a bonus)<br /><br />Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented<br /><br />What We Offer<br /><br />Competitive hourly base pay plus performance bonuses<br /><br />Paid time off: 2 weeks after 90 days of employment<br /><br />Paid training and ongoing development<br /><br />Clear path for growth within the BDC and across Harr Auto Group<br /><br />Supportive, inclusive team environment with engaged leadership<br /><br />Employee discounts on vehicles and services<br /><br />Health benefits and childcare reimbursement ($100/week)<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
