Overview<br /><br />HR Transformation Architect | Building High-Performance Teams &amp; Driving Business Growth<br />Job Description<br />This is a remote position; however, candidates are required to reside in the state of Florida.<br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Market and sell all Revision Skincare product lines in assigned client base in compliance with established strategies.<br />Understand and use the customer management system.<br />Grow and prospect in all accounts assigned as “inside” accounts; meet and exceed sales targets and new account growth goals for assigned states as an Inside Sales Representative.<br />Act in a sales support role, partner with BDMs on the regional team to impact quota and sales numbers; call on their accounts as determined for sales and/or training needs.<br />Establish and maintain positive relationships with all clients and coworkers in all departments.<br />Deliver training of Revision Skincare products and sales tools, either virtually or in person, to accounts and prospective customers.<br />Open new accounts and actively manage sales in assigned “vacant” territories; transition new BDMs into that territory to support regional goals.<br />Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly goals to hunt, qualify and nurture self-generated leads for each AE in the assigned region, resulting in new account acquisition.<br />Attend inside sales, regional calls and meetings, and company sales meetings as an active participant.<br />Determine customer needs and expectations for recommended product solutions.<br />Respond timely and thoroughly to inquiries related to training and in-depth product knowledge from internal and external sources.<br />Outbound and inbound account management as needed by the assigned regional team.<br />Other duties as assigned.<br />Qualifications<br /><br />Preferred College Degree<br />Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace<br />3+ years’ inside sales experience or retail sales experience with a proven track record<br />Experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic or skincare industry an asset<br />Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build rapport with accounts<br />Positive and upbeat attitude<br />Exceptional phone and customer service skills<br />Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently<br />Open to direction and a collaborative work style with a commitment to get the job done<br />Comfortable using technology and learning new programs and skills when needed<br />Self-starter who can work independently<br />Competent computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Adobe and PowerPoint<br />Seniority level<br /><br />Entry level<br />Employment type<br /><br />Full-time<br />Industries<br /><br />Cosmetics<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
