Financial Customer Service Representative $18/HR - IMMEDIATE HIRE

Job Overview<br />Immediate financial customer service representative needed. Start immediately. Opportunity to work for an investor response firm in the area.<br /><br />Requirements<br /><br />Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.<br /><br />Microsoft Office proficiency.<br /><br />Excellent communication skills, including email communication skills.<br /><br />Computer with Windows 11 Pro or Mac OS 13 or higher required.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists.<br /><br />Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals, and voting options.<br /><br />Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates.<br /><br />Log information into Access Database.<br /><br />Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated.<br /><br />Work Hours &amp; Compensation<br />Monday - Friday (in office) 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Saturday overtime: $27/hr – remote: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
