Remote - US Only Full-time $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr<br />Remote Option<br />Overview<br /><br />United Community Bank is in search of a<br /><br />Customer Service Representative (CSR)<br /><br />to join our team. As a<br /><br />CSR , you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier financial solutions and support to our customers. You'll be the face of United, guiding customers through our products and services to help them reach their financial goals--all while providing a positive, seamless experience.<br />What You’ll Do<br /><br />Offer exceptional service to meet customer's financial needs and build lasting relationships with a proactive, solutions-focused approach<br />Understand and communicate United's products and services, including account types, loan options, and investment products, to help customers make informed choices<br />Actively recommend and sell products and services that match customer needs, contributing to United's growth and customer satisfaction<br />Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, maintaining a high standard of customer care<br />Assist with inquiries, disputes, debit card maintenance, and provide general support to your team to keep operations running smoothly<br />Educate customers on option for managing transactions using technology and all other tools and resources available<br />Requirements For Success<br /><br />Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in sales or customer service<br />Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with others<br />Ability to uncover and provide solutions to meet customer needs and provide resolutions<br />Knowledge of consumer credit structuring and lending practices<br />Conditions of Employment<br /><br />Must be able to pass a criminal background &amp; credit check<br />This is a full-time position<br />FLSA Status :<br />Non-Exempt<br />We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.<br />Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
