Operations Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Operations Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $120,000 to $175,000 per year.<br /><br />Job Responsibilities<br /><br />Manage business applications, systems, and technology platforms to ensure reliable daily operations and user support.<br /><br />Troubleshoot system issues, evaluate root causes, and implement effective solutions that improve performance and stability.<br /><br />Lead application testing, system upgrades, implementations, and technology improvement initiatives throughout the organization.<br /><br />Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and operational procedures to support business continuity.<br /><br />Coordinate technology projects, vendor relationships, and cross functional initiatives while ensuring successful project delivery.<br /><br />Requirements<br /><br />Hold a high school diploma or equivalent credential.<br /><br />6+ years of technical support, systems administration, or technology operations experience within a large business environment.<br /><br />Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, operating systems, and enterprise applications.<br /><br />Possess experience managing organization wide projects, technology implementations, and system lifecycle activities.<br /><br />Maintain the ability to work flexible schedules, support critical issues, and travel occasionally as business needs require.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technical challenges and improve operational efficiency.<br /><br />Demonstrate excellent organizational skills while managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.<br /><br />Communicate effectively with leadership, employees, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.<br /><br />Maintain the ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing business requirements.<br /><br />Bring experience with cloud services, database platforms, automation tools, application support, or enterprise technology environments considered beneficial.<br /><br />REF#53033<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
