Customer Service Representative

Description<br /><br />Logistics One Warehousing is looking for a Warehouse Clerk with experience in distribution, warehousing, and shipping/receiving. This is a great opportunity to get involved with a company that has thrived in logistics, warehousing, and brokerage services for over 25yrs in the North East Region.<br /><br />Responsibilities &amp; Duties<br /><br />Understand and develop knowledge of customers, performance criteria, products and inventories. Work with Manager and Warehouse staff on inventory accuracy, customer communications, billing issues, scheduling of in-bound/out bound customers.<br /><br />Enter data regarding inventory shipments, orders, goods in/out, accurately into Warehouse system, Schedule deliveries/shipments, arrange for incoming and outgoing product and adjust inventory levels accordingly.<br /><br />Other job duties or project as assigned by management<br /><br />Shift : Overnights, 6pm-6am - 3 Day 4 Day work weeks<br /><br />Requirements<br /><br />Experience: We are seeking a candidate with 1-2 yrs of Customer Service experience within a warehousing environment directly involved in working with warehouse staff and inventory.<br /><br />Skills required: Solid PC skills, data entry and good telephone etiquette, Good human relations skills as this position must relate to warehouse/material handling staff, customers and management.<br /><br />Requires the ability to handle several tasks at one time accurately and efficiently. This can be a fast-paced position; the Incumbent will maintain the customer database and dispatch system on a real-time basis, confirm appointments, follow-up on deliveries and billing issues, etc.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
