Senior Customer Service Representative

Position Summary<br />Meritain Health an Aetna/CVS affiliate has multiple openings for Sr. Customer Service Representatives in our permanent work‑from‑home role $19.50/hr wage. This position handles customer service inquiries for our Fully Insured or High Profile role; they should be able to address problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Customer inquiries are of basic and routine nature.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits and eligibility, PPO participation, etc<br /><br />Maintain department established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level<br /><br />Work together as a team and apply the Aetna Core Values in day‑to‑day operations<br /><br />Creating a Differentiated Service Experience<br /><br />Demonstrating Service Discipline<br /><br />Handling Service Challenges<br /><br />Providing Solutions to Constituent Needs<br /><br />Working Across Boundaries<br /><br />Required Qualifications<br /><br />1+ years of customer service experience<br /><br />Experience in a metric based environment<br /><br />Proficiency with full suite of Microsoft Applications<br /><br />Comfortability utilizing search engines<br /><br />Excellent multi‑tasking skills<br /><br />Ability to Effectively Communicate<br /><br />Preferred Qualifications<br /><br />Experience working in a call center environment<br /><br />Medical terminology/insurance experience<br /><br />Results oriented and self‑motivated<br /><br />Experience working remotely<br /><br />Education<br />High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience<br /><br />Anticipated Weekly Hours<br />40<br /><br />Time Type<br />Full time<br /><br />Pay Range<br />$18.50 - $42.35<br /><br />Benefits<br />This full‑time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well‑being of colleagues and their families.
