Overview<br /><br />Pathfinder Bank is seeking a<br /><br />Customer Service Representative (Floating)<br /><br />to support operations within a<br /><br />community banking and financial services environment . This role contributes to<br /><br />customer transactions, deposit account servicing, and branch support across multiple locations , ensuring a high level of service and adherence to banking regulations.<br />Position Summary<br /><br />Provides a positive and professional customer service experience while supporting daily banking operations across multiple branch locations. Performs a variety of customer transactions and account servicing functions, while ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.<br />Essential Functions<br /><br />Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers in accordance with banking policies and procedures<br />Provide customer service support related to deposit accounts, account maintenance, and general banking inquiries<br />Assist customers with account opening, product education, and basic financial services needs<br />Maintain accuracy in cash handling, balancing, and transaction processing within established guidelines<br />Support daily branch operations including teller line coverage and platform assistance as needed<br />Travel between assigned branch locations to provide staffing support based on operational needs<br />Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including customer identification procedures, privacy, and data security requirements<br />Identify opportunities to refer bank products and services that align with customer needs<br />Maintain a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions<br />Perform administrative and operational tasks to support branch efficiency and service delivery<br />Requirements<br /><br />High school diploma or equivalent<br />Prior customer service or cash handling experience<br />Ability to travel between branch locations as needed<br />Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br />Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment while managing multiple priorities<br />Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking systems<br />Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing<br />Ability to adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements<br />Preferred Qualifications<br /><br />Experience in banking, financial services, or retail banking environment<br />Knowledge of deposit accounts, teller operations, or basic banking products<br />Previous experience handling customer transactions in a regulated environment<br />Salary<br /><br />$17.00 - $19.00 Hourly<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
