Remote - Customer Service Representative II<br />Payrate: $17.50/hr. (which may be below your state's minimum wage. We also offer a full benefits package, so you’ll be able to thrive both personally and professionally.<br /><br />Training Schedule:<br /><br />Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST (4 weeks)<br /><br />Production Schedules:<br /><br />Start times between 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST<br /><br />End times between 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST<br /><br />Various work days include 5 days on, 2 days off<br /><br />About the Role:<br /><br />Answer calls in a timely manner, as they are automatically received through blended call queues.<br /><br />Provide a one‑call resolution by asking pertinent questions to understand members’ concerns.<br /><br />Maintain up‑to‑date support knowledge through offered training.<br /><br />Accurately document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances.<br /><br />Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements.<br /><br />Those successful in this role:<br /><br />Possess proficient computer skills in Microsoft 365, AVAYA phone systems, and other miscellaneous programs.<br /><br />Requirements:<br /><br />High School diploma or GED.<br /><br />Have 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center Experience.<br /><br />Ability to submit to and pass a background check.<br /><br />Basic understanding of a call center environment and quality monitoring processes.<br /><br />Ability to sit for long periods of time.<br /><br />Geographic Eligibility:<br />We are currently NOT hiring in the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, &amp; NY. Metro Areas: MN - Minneapolis, IL - Chicago, NY - New York City, OR - Portland, MD - Montgomery County, WA - Seattle, WA - Washington DC, Puerto Rico.<br /><br />Compensation and Benefits:<br />Pay transparency laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual hourly rates may vary and may be above or below the range based on location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
