Customer Service Representative/ Scheduler Cohoes, NY Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our clients office in the Cohoes area. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient scheduling of system services and appointments. This is a full-time temporary to permanent opportunity. Duties & Responsibilities Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to arrange the scheduling of their system start-ups or maintenance services. Manage and organize appointments using their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Provide reliable administrative support by assisting with data entry, documentation, and office tasks as needed. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with company standards and protocols. Minimum Qualifications Proven customer service experience with a friendly and professional phone presence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Comfort with technologyespecially CRM systemsand strong attention to detail. Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a dynamic work environment. Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
