At JBT Marel, we are looking for a creative and strategic<br /><br />Graphic Designer<br /><br />to join our global marketing and communications team. In this role, you will act as both a designer and a brand consultant – guiding stakeholders across the organization to bring our brand to life through impactful visual storytelling.<br /><br />You will own the full creative process – from ideation to execution – delivering compelling designs across digital and print platforms. Working closely with the brand identity team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistency across all communications.<br /><br />Key responsibilities<br /><br />Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final delivery<br /><br />Translate brand strategy into high-quality visual designs across platforms such as websites, presentations, newsletters, brochures, trade shows, and more<br /><br />Act as a guardian of brand identity, ensuring consistency and evolution of brand guidelines<br /><br />Collaborate with stakeholders to understand messaging needs and translate them into strong visual solutions<br /><br />Provide creative consultation and guidance on design briefs and communication strategies<br /><br />Develop infographics and visual assets that enhance storytelling and engagement<br /><br />Ensure all designs are user-focused, emphasizing audience experience and clarity<br /><br />Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively<br /><br />Contribute to marketing and branding strategies, supporting brand awareness goals<br /><br />Communicate design concepts clearly, both visually and verbally<br /><br />We’re looking for a proactive, creative professional with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills:<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Proven experience across multiple graphic design formats and media<br /><br />Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams<br /><br />Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities<br /><br />A creative mindset with a passion for high-quality visual design<br /><br />Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects<br /><br />A positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to support colleagues<br /><br />Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)<br /><br />PowerPoint<br /><br />Education &amp; Experience<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in a related field<br /><br />3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer<br /><br />Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)<br /><br />Experience in a multicultural, matrix organization is a plus<br /><br />What we offer<br /><br />Competitive salary based on your location and experience<br /><br />Benefits package including holiday allowance, healthcare, and pension (details shared during the process)<br /><br />Flexible, hybride working environment<br /><br />Opportunities for growth, learning, and career development<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
