To support customer inquiries, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for utility service questions, providing exceptional service and solutions while working in a fully remote environment.<br />Key responsibilities<br /><br />Complete a virtual paid training program and pass weekly tests<br />Address customer inquiries regarding utility services, billing, and payment assistance<br />Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with departments to resolve issues<br />Required qualifications<br /><br />Must be 18 years of age or older<br />High School Diploma or equivalent<br />Ability to engage on the phone with minimal distractions during shifts<br />Proficiency in operating multiple computer windows and tabs simultaneously<br />Strong attendance record to meet customer needs<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
