We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to work remotely for a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Handle all incoming customer issues using smart customer‑focused decision‑making skills.<br /><br />Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer; research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.<br /><br />Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed.<br /><br />Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.<br /><br />Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.<br /><br />Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Excellent communication skills; proper phone and e‑mail etiquette.<br /><br />Previous customer service experience and comfortable working front of a computer most of your shift.<br /><br />Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and training in Salesforce.<br /><br />Basic proficiency and ability to consult with senior peers on non‑complex projects.<br /><br />High School Diploma or GED.<br /><br />Benefits<br /><br />Temp‑to‑hire with opportunity for growth.<br /><br />First shift Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm or 9:00 am‑6:00 pm.<br /><br />Competitive pay $20.00 per hour.<br /><br />Full benefits package offered upon permanent hire.<br /><br />Remote work from home.<br /><br />EEO Statement<br />Arsenault Services is a proud Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
