Job Title: Graphic Designer<br />Location: Boston, MA | Pay: $50-70/hr<br /><br />Contract Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension<br /><br />* Please submit portfolio with your resume *<br /><br />Job Description<br /><br />Design and produce a wide range of marketing and communication materials across print, digital, web, and mobile platforms.<br /><br />Create visually engaging layouts, graphics, illustrations, and branded assets while adhering to established brand guidelines.<br /><br />Collaborate with Art Directors, creative team members, and marketing stakeholders to translate concepts into polished final designs.<br /><br />Apply strong design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, photography, and page layout, to create impactful visual communications.<br /><br />Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions during brainstorming sessions and project development.<br /><br />Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are consistently met.<br /><br />Coordinate revisions, address project changes, and communicate risks or issues proactively.<br /><br />Stay current with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and best practices to continually enhance creative output.<br /><br />Support production and execution of creative deliverables across multiple channels while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.<br /><br />Required Qualifications<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).<br /><br />3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment.<br /><br />Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print, digital, web, and marketing collateral.<br /><br />Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including:<br /><br />Adobe InDesign<br /><br />Adobe Illustrator<br /><br />Adobe Photoshop<br /><br />Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, composition, branding, and print production.<br /><br />Strong organizational, problem-solving, project management, and presentation skills.<br /><br />Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative environment.<br /><br />Preferred Qualifications<br /><br />Experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro for motion graphics or video editing.<br /><br />Working knowledge of Figma for UI/UX or collaborative design workflows.<br /><br />Familiarity with animation, multimedia production, and digital content creation.<br /><br />Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
