Financial Analyst<br /><br />Location:<br /><br />Worcester, MA 01608<br />Schedule:<br /><br />100% Onsite, 5 Days per Week<br />Salary:<br /><br />Up to $110,000<br />CFS is partnering with a growing construction-focused organization seeking a driven<br /><br />Financial Analyst<br /><br />to support financial planning, project analysis, and operational decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working closely with project teams and leadership in a fast-paced construction environment.<br />Financial Analyst Responsibilities<br /><br />Analyze project financial performance, budgets, and forecasts<br />Monitor job costs, margins, and project profitability<br />Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project forecasts and reporting packages<br />Review and analyze<br /><br />WIP (Work-in-Progress) schedules<br />Support monthly financial reporting and variance analysis<br />Partner with project managers and operations leaders to provide financial insights<br />Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions<br />Track key project metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities<br />Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes<br />Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for executive leadership<br />Qualifications<br /><br />Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field<br />3+ years of financial analysis experience<br />Construction industry experience is required<br />Strong understanding of job costing, project accounting, and WIP reporting<br />Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis<br />Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders<br />Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills<br />Compensation &amp; Benefits<br /><br />Salary up to<br /><br />$110,000<br />Comprehensive benefits package<br />Stable and growing organization<br />Professional development and advancement opportunities<br />Collaborative and team-oriented environment<br />If you're looking to leverage your construction finance expertise in a highly visible Financial Analyst role,<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
