You'll work closely with sales, production, planning and logistics to provide exceptional customer support throughout the entire order lifecycle.<br /><br />This role would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong customer relationships and thrives in a manufacturing environment where no two days are the same.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.<br /><br />Maintain Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) and consignment inventory programmes.<br /><br />Track customer orders and communicate delivery updates.<br /><br />Verify pricing and ensure order accuracy.<br /><br />Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.<br /><br />Resolve customer issues and coordinate solutions with internal departments.<br /><br />Process Return Material Authorisations (RMAs).<br /><br />Work closely with production, planning and logistics to meet customer expectations.<br /><br />Maintain accurate customer records within the ERP system.<br /><br />Support continuous improvement initiatives across the customer service function.<br /><br />Ensure compliance with company quality, safety and environmental standards.<br /><br />What We're Looking For<br /><br />Previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management role.<br /><br />Manufacturing experience is highly desirable.<br /><br />Experience within packaging, plastics or another industrial manufacturing environment would be advantageous.<br /><br />Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and EDI.<br /><br />Strong Microsoft Office skills.<br /><br />Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.<br /><br />Highly organised with strong attention to detail.<br /><br />Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br /><br />A proactive approach to problem solving and customer satisfaction.<br /><br />Why Join?<br /><br />Join a respected international manufacturer with an excellent reputation.<br /><br />Stable, long-term career opportunity.<br /><br />Collaborative and supportive team environment.<br /><br />Opportunity to work with well-known consumer brands.<br /><br />Competitive salary and benefits package.<br /><br />Be part of a business that values quality, innovation and exceptional customer service.<br /><br />Click<br /><br />Apply Now , and one of our dedicated recruiters will be in touch to discuss the role in more detail.<br /><br />We Help Recruit and our client are equal opportunities employers.
