Taking note of any special client requests.<br />Field phone and internet inquiries.<br />Update clients on the progress of their vehicle repairs and other service related processes.<br />Work closely with service advisors.<br />Conducting follow-up calls.<br />Pay Rate<br /><br />$45,000 to $65,000 ($20-$22 per hour plus commission)<br />Qualifications<br /><br />Must have experience working in a phone sales or customer service. Preferably in a call center environment.
